Return Authorization (RMA)

If you encounter an issue with JAB product, please e-mail us at info@jabsol.com or call 612-338-5771/800-603-7992 for an RMA number.

JAB customer support will need the serial number or invoice number to issue a RMA number.

Please provide us with a description of the problem and JAB will issue a replacement cartridge or credit account.

Always write RMA number on outside of box to ensure correct credit or replacement.
