Payment Options:
At JAB SOLUTIONS, INC. we value your business greatly. We offer our customers several forms of payment options. We accept FOUR major credit cards, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Net 15, 20, 30 terms is also offered with approved credit. If you wish to establish credit terms a credit application must be completed

Core Charge:
All Parts and Cartridges are purchased on an EXCHANGE basis, with the exception of pre-approved. There will be a fee up to 50% of sale price. Account will be credited upon receipt of defective, used part or cartridge. Call 612-338-5771 or 800-603-7792 for process and pre-approval.
Return Policy:
All Returns are subject to approval.
OEM Products: All OEM Products returned unopened within 30 Days from date of purchase will be assessed a 30% restocking fee. Open items are non-returnable/non-refundable.
Remaufactured Products: If a product did not perform to your satisfaction you can return any unused portion of the product for full credit, replacement or refund within 1 year of purchase.
A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained before any products can be return. Call 612-338-5771 or 800-603-7792 for RA Number and return instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a RA Number.
Unconditional Product Warranty:
All Products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship.
If you ever experience a defective or unsatisfactory product, we will replace it or refund the full purchase price based on our return policy. We also guarantee that, under normal use and subject to the conditions stated below, our remanufactured and compatible cartridges, toner, drum, ink, ribbon, and thermal transfer ribbon will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any Printer, Fax, or Copier providing the equipment is operated within manufacturer's specifications. In the unlikely event that a defective product causes your Printer, Fax or Copier to fail, whether within the manufacturer's warranty period or after, we will perform the necessary service and repair free of charge. To obtain service please call 612-338-5771 or 800-603-7792. Our liability under this warranty shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed, or implied including warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Sales Tax Policy:
JAB SOLUTIONS, INC. is a MINNESOTA Corporation. We are Require to Charge Applicable Sales Tax on each item for which Sales Tax Exemption Certification has not been provided. It is important WHEN ORDERING TO PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH YOUR TAX EXEMPT NUMBER. We DO NOT charge sales tax for sales made outside the State of MINNESOTA, to other resellers, Federal Government and other tax-exempt agencies. If you are exempt from sales tax enter the appropriate number when you register on the site. For government enter (GOV) in the tax-exempt box on the registration screen.
Shipping Policy:
JAB SOLUTIONS, INC. offers free ground shipping for orders over $200.00 within mainland USA. A flat rate of $15.00 per order will be charged for orders totaling less than $200.00 (before tax and shipping) to any address within the CONTINENTAL USA (We DO NOT Ship to PO Box). All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground Service and all packages will be insured against damage and loss. If you require UPS Next Day /2nd Day Air or Express delivery you will be billed for the appropriate shipping charges.
All foreign countries (outside USA) delivery will be shipped via USPS Express Service with additional assessed fees.
We are committed to offering you the best value, quality and service for your money. Local Delivery: All orders within the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metropolitan Area will be delivered the next business day by JAB Solutions personnel (25 miles radius from Office)
Transit Time:
We recognize that getting your order fast is important to you and that is why we respond to your orders with urgency. 100% of all in stock orders will be shipped or delivered within two business days.
All UPS orders received before 2:00PM CST will be shipped UPS Ground Service the same day.
All orders within the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metropolitan Area will be delivered the next business day.
